EZ-Build founder mentally wrestled for years while driving on his way to SPIN-zone, as he passed the piles of discarded large, heavy, random size and shape SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels). He thought that there had to be a way to repurpose the pieces of waste into something usable.

In the spring of 2024, after acquiring start up tools and equipment and spending time working with the panels, he established a “proof of concept” and concluded that there was a significant potential for creative, “Do It Yourself” persons to tackle modest construction projects that until now had been unrealistic.

The ultimate result of this research and development initiative was the EZ-Build SIP Block – a remarkably simple and simultaneously flexible construction system. An inherent character trait of the EZ-Build SIP Block is it’s high insulation value, making it a creative addition for any DIY builder working on an outdoors project.
