Full DIY

You want to purchase SIPS and other associated supplies from EZ-Build and plan to build the project on your own.

Partial DIY

We build your project together. We can help you from beginning to end, step-by-step as needed to progress from conception to completion. At the point we agree on what you want, we can develop a cost estimate. An 80% deposit will be required before we do any actual physical construction.

We Build It

As soon as we are clear on what you want, we will make a detailed plan and a cost estimate for EZ-Build to take your project from beginning to end. Then, upon your approval and your pre-payment of 80% of the estimate, we will “GIT-ER-DONE”. Final payment will be due at the time of notice of completion and ready for pick-up.

Pricing for all projects will need to first be estimated. Final pricing will only be given after all of the project variables are known. Progressive payments may be required on some projects but full payment will be expected upon completion of EZ-Build’s role in each and every project. We do not extend credit. EZ-Build is an adjacent subsidiary to SPIN-zone, within the DA Hoff Charitable Foundation, Inc., an umbrella which has an IRS status of 501-c-3 and significant portions of purchases may qualify for a charitable contribution.
